LEAD - IN - WIRE WELDING MACHINERY:
INTRODUCTION :
We have after sustained efforts designed & developed latest sophisticated “LEAD-IN-WIRE WELDING MACHINE”. This versatile machine is elegantly designed with sturdy construction for optimum performance and easy operation.
The machine does welding of two or three parts electrodes, which are used in manufacturing of various types of Lamps from 0-500 watts, viz GLS Lamps, Fluorescent Tube, Starters and Auto Lamps etc.,

BRIEF FEATURES :
The machine is of robust construction of high grade materials. The special features of the machine is that it has Internal Gear System with belt driven transmission. The machine is compact and will automatically execute feeding, cutting & welding of the wire.
Based on individual interests & requirements, the following types of Machines can be
supplied.
- Three Part Lead-in-wire Both Side Electric Welding Machine.
- Three Part Lead-in-wire Both Side Gas Welding Machine.
- Three Part Lead-in-wire One Side Gas and One Side Electric Welding Machine
- Two Part Lead-in-wire both side Electric Welding Machine.
