The quality policy of M/s. INTECH LAMP MACHINERY (P) LTD is to achieve customer satisfaction and meeting their expections by designing & manufacturing consistent quality ELECTRICAL LAMP MACHINERY & LAMP COMPONENTS MAKING MACHINERY, SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINERY AND PRECISION SPARE PARTS & ACCESSORIES FOR LAMP INDUSTRY and also strive for continually improviing the Management System (QMS).

To support the quality policy, the company shall

• Provide adequate training to build expertise & skills in the personnel & every employee in all phases of manufacturing to achive reduction's and rework by 10% and increase the productivity 5%

• Strive for technology improvement where ever applicable.

• Strive for contineous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

• Provide adequate resources

• Emphasize on improving the process and thereby preventing non-conformity from recurring.

• Induce in the vendors, commitment to supply consistent quality products and services.

The quality policy is communicated and made understood to all personnel involved in the Organisation by discussions, regular interactions and also displaying the policy in prominent location. The quality policy shall be controlled and reviewed periodically during the management review meeting for stability and effectiveness.

Quality Objectives are derived based on the quality policy, and organization goals. The objectives shall be deployed to all the fuctions,in terms of meassurable parameters. All the employes are communicated about the goals and targets. Periodical review is made on the achivement of the objectives, during MRM Departmental objectives are defined and finalized in the MRM. To achieve the objectives, detailed action plans are prepared and continuously monitored for its implementation
